TERMS & CONDITIONS for Custom-Made Dresses

1) All custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2) Lead time for custom-made dresses is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. We suggest ordering at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance in addition to our lead time for any alteration - if necessary. In total, 9 to 12 weeks before your wedding / event date.

3) Due to variations in screen resolution of different devices, colours may vary from device to device. Kindly allow for some differences in colour of actual product.

4) Due to the subjective way of measurement being taken, there might be 2-3cm differences in the final product.

5) Measurements provided by the customer must be taken according to our measuring guide here:
www.tuesdaycouture.com/pages/sizing-guide

6) Dresses are made according to the measurements provided by the customer. In the event where the apparel does not fit the customer as hoped (e.g. weight gain or loss), Tuesday Couture is not liable to provide further alteration services.

7) We are able to offer alteration services (post-purchase) at a rate of RM15 per dress (only for bust, waist & length). However, this is subject to the alteration allowance that the dress has. All postage charges for the purpose of this alteration shall be borne by the customer.
