RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At TUESDAY C., we do our very best to make everyone a happy and satisfied customer. However, there might be times that item is lost or damaged during delivery, or our item may not meet your expectations. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Team will assist you as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- SALE/DISCOUNTED item cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items returned need to be directly purchased from us
- Parcel returned need to be in original condition - unworn and unwashed with the original tag or packaging (eg. shoe box for footwear)
- Request of Return needs to be made within 7 working days via email upon receipt
- Customer is advised to use only courier service that has tracking number (e.g. Pos Laju) to return the parcel. TUESDAY C. is not liable for lost parcel.
- Postage for item returned to our premise is borne by customer
- Exchange can only be done once
Once the Request of Return has been approved, we will send you a new item OR issue store credit, whichever exchange method the customer prefers. Postage for sending you a new item is borne by TUESDAY C. for local returns. For international return, postage is borne by customer.
